- Welcome, identification of SGNA Board of Directors and introductions of neighbors and visitors.
- Approval of meeting's minutes from December & January.

- Guest Speaker - Mr. Andy Sullivan, project traffic engineer, will stand in for Mr. Rich Newlands to give a presentation on the 20's Bikeway Project. This project will plan, design and construct safety improvements to this important 9.1 mile north-south bicycle route. The route uses a variety of local residential streets and neighborhood collector streets between NE/SE 26th and 29th Aves, and runs from NE Lombard St at the north end of the City to connect to the Springwater Corridor at SE 45th Ave at the south end of the City. - Working with the SGNA Board and Committees - a discussion on how to guide members/neighbors wishing to participate in SGNA activities. As a follow-up to the January introduction of new protocols for the Monthly Board and General Meetings, the Board will discuss and propose ways we can better work together as neighbors. A problem statement, based on recent experiences will be shared. Principles and practices will be proposed for discussion, and adoption, should it please the Board. Public comment will be welcome.
- Trees in the neighborhood - a chance to survey, and to be eligible for new trees & also, neighborhood air quality - an update from John Frewing
- Lifestyles Committee - Planning for Spring Clean-up, an announcement of coordination and planning efforts.
- Finance Committee / Treasurer - financial status, & a report on regular financial report formats.
- Communications Committee - An apparent setback/delay in a neighbor stepping forward to serve as Chair of the Communications Committee. A request for support.
- Land Use Transportation Committee (LUTC) - report of recent activities.
- Safety & Livability - A report on Committee formation efforts.
- By-Laws Revisions - a discussion and vote on the proposed By-Law modifications released to Board members for review. Should the particulars meet with the Board's approval, a vote will be taken, and, if approved, the proposed By-Laws will be read for the first time in public, and the Board will discuss an outline of communicating with the members/neighbors and seeking their approving vote at the next General Meeting in April.
