   A. Trees in the neighborhood - a chance to survey, and to be eligible for new trees.
   B. Neighborhood air quality
7. Guest Speaker - Turner Construction - General Contractor for Holladay Place
8. Lifestyles Committee  - Leaf Sweep, December 13th, off-street parking accommodation. Leaf Sweep Tow - Ian Crawford
9. Finance Committee / Treasurer - financial status and a report on the process to change Banks.
10. Communications Committee - Announcement, a neighbor has stepped forward to volunteer as Chair of the Communications Committee. A request for Board endorsement and support.
11. Land Use Transportation Committee (LUTC) - report of recent activities
    A. Chairperson consensus/vote - Board Concurrence
    B. Upcoming Events this year - Grant Park Village Opening, Holladay Place opening
    C. Nature in Neighborhoods Grant Update
12. By-Laws Revisions - a discussion - proposal to limit By-Law revisions to the details required for compliance with ONI and NECN recommendations and to the Board approved neighborhood boundary modifications.
