The 2014 Spring General Meeting will be held from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM, on Tuesday, April 8th, at at Grace Memorial Church, 1535 NE 17th Avenue.
The main event will be a review and voting on modifications to the SGNA By-Laws recommended to the neighbors by the Board of Directors.
Sent out by Gulchnet email today were three PDF files, and are clickable here as well:
- The By-Laws as they currently exist.
- The By-Laws as proposed and recommended by the Board of Directors (March 2014), with the changes noted by color coding.
- A Memorandum from the Board of Directors (March 2014), summarizing the modifications, and giving information on the color coding in the document and one of the definitions in the document.
Please take the time to read through the documents.
The Board of Directors hopes to see you at the 2014 Spring General Meeting to hear our presentation and to join us in voting on the acceptance of the recommended modifications.
