The Sullivan’s Gulch Neighborhood Association (SGNA), through the coordination of the Sullivan’s Gulch Land Use and Transportation Committee Sub-Committee (SGNA-LUTC)* applied for and was awarded a grant from the Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods (NECN)** in January, 2013. Known as the “Plot and Scheme” Charrette, the purpose of this grant was to plan for and conduct a public charrette related to the Broadway/Weidler Commercial Corridor exclusively.
Existing and proposed development along the Broadway/Weidler Commercial Corridor stimulated the planning and presentation of materials at the most recent charrette event held on April 27, 2013.
