LUTC was given consent to proceed with the organization of a Garden Committee to clean, trim, and remove debris from public planted areas in the neighborhood. How do we proceed?
Committee to discuss the PowerPoint presentation prepared by Melissa – should we include the presentation on the SGNA Board agenda for October. Recall that the visual equipment did not work at the time this presentation was to be presented. Next Steps
Look at the bylaws of the neighboring NAs to confirm that the area is not actually within their boundaries (DONE)
Research land details, i.e., addresses, parcel improvements, etc. (DONE)
Prepare power point presentation for SGNA/GPNA Boards (DONE)
Talk to the property owners to let them know SGNA is interested in adding the area to our east boundary
Talk to the surrounding NAs to let them know the same - this is not actually required, but probably a good idea
Make final recommendations to SGNA Board
Change SGNA By Laws to include the described area - Zoning Review Subcommittee – Andrew Alvis, Laurent Jones, Carol Gossett
- Discuss letter to be written to BPS regarding public process. Our presentation was interrupted at the last SGNA Board meeting. We need to discuss a strategy for completing this discussion and requesting a letter to be written by LUTC.

- Sullivan's Gulch Trail – Next Steps – NECN-LUTC will be discussing the subject of the Sullivan's Gulch Trail and how they may participate in the planning and implementation of the trail.
- Sullivan's Gulch 1987 Neighborhood Plan – Britt Brewer, Chairman, has asked SGNA-LUTC to review the plan and make comments to the SGNA Board.
