Review, discussion and approval of Minutes of June Board meeting (I will circulate the minutes with the final agenda on Monday)

Discussion about Board process 

Discussion and agreement of expectations in timeliness responding to emails, etc. 

Actionable items (bring issues to the board in a form that the Board can take action - proposed wording, etc. )

Responsibilities of Board members (attend Board meeting and serve on committee)

Responsibilities of Officers (as defined by NECN) 

Responsibilities of Committee chairs (provide leadership, set agendas)

Committee reports

    Land Use > Capstone & N/NE Quadrant; Gulch Trail; crosswalks on NE 28th; Walk About Broadway charette
    Lifestyles > Garage Sale and Gulch O Rama planning
    Communications > update; next newsletter deadlines, etc.

Other new business

(time permitting) Review of proposed bylaws revisions (This is not an action item for the Board but useful before the topic is brought up at the fall General Membership meeting; could be postponed to later meeting or simply dealt with in an email)

Discussion about whether to cancel the Aug. Board meeting.
