Regular Monthly Board Meeting Agenda
Publication Date: August 04, 2014
Meeting Day, Date & Time: Tuesday, September 09, 2014, 7:00PM-8:30 PM
- Welcome, identification of SGNA Board of Directors and introductions of neighbors and visitors.
- Featured Speaker - Mr. Bill Bailey, Waterleaf Architecture (http://waterleaf.com), architects for the renovations currently underway and planned for Lloyd Center. Partners at Waterleaf Architecture have been involved with planning and architecture in the Lloyd Center area beginning with work for members of the Lloyd family more than forty years ago. Waterleaf, with the permission of their clients, Cypress Equities, managers of the Lloyd Center Mall, will give us the courtesy of a presentation of the work planned for the the mall. Along with Hassalo on 8th and our own Grant Park Village, the renovations at Lloyd Center represent one of the three largest investments in our Lloyd District / Sullivan's Gulch area currently underway. Waterleaf is among Portland's most accomplished architectural firms, and their work on Lloyd Center represents an important effort as exciting and perhaps equaling the excitement of the original opening, with important sustainability components and greater connection to the neighborhoods and surrounding areas.

- Approval of the August meeting's minutes.
