- Approval of past meetings' minutes.

- Featured Speaker - Mr. Paul Van Orden, Manager, City of Portland Noise Review Board - What it does. How it works.
- Finance Committee Report - Income and Expenses report, a report from NECN Treasurer training; also, a report on the required Department of Justice Charitable Activities section CR11 form for reporting to ensure that donations to public benefit non-profit corporations are not abused for purposes counter to the mission of the organization. Even if a Neighborhood association's revenue is small, registration and reporting with the DOJ is a state requirement; upcoming efforts to generate an annual budget and financial reports with the assistance of NECN.
- Events Committee - A report on the Spring Clean-up Coming events,, Summer yard sale, Gulch-O-Rama & Special Fall Events.
- Land Use Transportation Committee (LUTC) - report of activities, including a recent meeting with Jay Rogers, PBOT Parking Coordinator regarding a neighbors request that the Bard consider a parking district around NE Weidler from NE 28th - NE 32nd and requests for Board actions and opinions if necessary.
- Communications Committee - A report on the discussions and progress from the meeting of June 24th.
- Safety & Livability Committee - Again, a call for interested participants. Presentation and discussion of a neighbor's request for the Board's support in developing and circulating a petition regarding disruptive and unsafe activities on NE Weidler, between NE 28th and NE 32nd Avenues.
- Principles Practices and Procedures: A review of PPP's to date; a discussion and considerations for formatting and preparation of a document to post and foster good communication to the neighbors on how the Board has agreed to work together, including a statement on written ballots.
