1. Welcome, identification of SGNA Board of Directors and introductions of neighbors and visitors.
2. Approval of past meetings' minutes.
3. Portland Police representative, if present.
4. NECN Announcements/Notices
5. Featured Speaker - Mr. Paul Van Orden, Manager, City of Portland Noise Review Board - What it does. How it works.
6. Finance Committee Report -  Income and Expenses report
7. Events Committee  - A report on the Spring Clean-up Coming events,, Summer yard sale, Gulch-O-Rama & Special Fall Events.
8. Land Use Transportation Committee (LUTC) - report of recent activities, requests for Board actions and opinions if necessary.
9. Communications Committee - A call for a Special Board Meeting for 1½ hours on Tuesday, June 24th to discuss potential solutions to communication issues and opportunities to generate revenue.
10. Safety & Livability Committee - Again, a call for interested participants. Presentation and discussion of a neighbor's request for the Board's support in developing and circulating a petition regarding disruptive and unsafe activities on NE Weidler, between NE 28th and NE 32nd Avenues.
11. Board member interactions - Recommendations for additions to the principles, practices and procedures - a presentation and discussion on ethics, standards and expectations.
