- Welcome, identification of SGNA Board of Directors and introductions of neighbors and visitors.
- Approval of meeting minutes from March & the Spring General Meeting in April with approved By-Laws.
- Portland Police - Joshua Buller - our Neighborhood Response Team Officer will be in attendance to discuss a question that I put to him regarding properties in foreclosure and reports of squatters.
- NECN Announcements/Notices
- Board of Directors - Elections of Executive Officers, Election of Directors at Large. Request from Board member to extend leave of absence.
- NECN Representatives - review and appointment.
- Featured Speaker - Sara Schooley, Pedestrian Coordinator, Portland Bureau of Transportation
- Finance Committee Report - A report on financial activity and a motion to to pursue past records from the closed Bank of America account.
- Events Committee - Coming events Spring Clean-up, Summer yard sale, Gulch-O-Rama & Special Fall Events.
- Land Use Transportation Committee (LUTC) - report of recent activities, neighbor's requests and follow-up report and comments from the 3rd Annual Charrette.
- Communications Committee - A call for a Special Board meeting to discuss solutions to communication issues.
- Safety & Livability Committee - renewed call for interested participants.
