Construction Update on Grant Park Village

Hello Neighbors –

I hope all of you had a good 4^th of July.  Over on our construction site work is progressing well.  A couple things are happening in the next couple weeks we wanted to make you aware of. 

The first has been a moving date for the past week but PP&L has gotten their permit and given us the green light to move forward with bringing power on-site.  Starting this Monday the 8^th we will implement our traffic control plan on Weidler in order to trench down the street about 150' to where PP&L will provide power.  You might have noticed the no parking signs that we put up on Friday along this stretch of the road.  On Wednesday we will be trenching across 32^nd and will again have traffic control and flaggers in place for this work. 

The second event that will be occurring is the erection of our tower crane on Thursday July 18^th.  We will have a flagger on Broadway/32nd and a second flagger on Weidler to help the trucks carrying the crane parts get onto our site.
