Mall:
2 vehicles abandoned per week for the last month. Mostly Honda Accords. Almost every car abandoned here has been traced to thefts from Gresham. Lots of video footage, yet no clear tag or facial view.
Neighborhood:
White van/bus is still traveling neighborhoods between the Gulch and Grant, using others' water, garbage, and even electric when possible. California license plates. The Police are aware and tracking them. If seen, contact Brenn.
Holladay Park:
No altercations or incidents. Trimet's attendants moving the school age population onto trains and not allowing the loitering of the past is still working smoothly and effectively.
Free Rail Zone Ending:
No signs of any issues/statistics going up or down since fare changes.
