SGNA's latest Walkabout took place last Saturday. Approximately 28 people attend the walkabout. Lauren Golden Jones of Capstone did an excellent job explaining the project, its history and its future. Jeff supported her in the presentation. Attendees had access to a board presentation and a walk on the Albina Fuel site grounds.
In addition to those from Sullivan's Gulch, there were attendees from other neighborhood associations, including Grant Park was well represented, Irvington, Laurelhurst, Hollywood, Pearl District. Even a New Seasons representative were all in attendance.
We thank Lauren (and a Gulch resident) and Jeff of Capstone for their time and effort making this walkabout a success. And thanks to Carol Gossett, SGNA's land use chair for organizing this and other Walkabouts.
