Calling all Gulchers! The SGNA Fall General Meeting is this coming Thursday, October 13th!

Calling all good Sullivan's Gulchers. The SGNA Fall General meeting is upon us. Join your friends and neighbor on Thursday, October 13th at 7:00 p.m. in the Penthouse of Holladay Park Plaza(the residential tower at NE 16th & NE Multnomah).

We'll be discussing the ups & downs of real estate in the Gulch. While our rents have been climbing these past few years, property values have been stagnant or even declining. As a community that's roughly 70% renters, 30% homeowners this conversation is especially apt. We're also holding elections for new Board members, so come on out you Gulch renters! SGNA could use a few more of you on the Board. Also learn what your SGNA community committees have been up to these past few months and what they have planned for the future. Plenty of refreshments served with a spectacular penthouse view. Come one and all!
